Dear customers,
Thank you for your continued patronage, I am deeply indebted for your business. For the purpose of improving our productivity, we set up a second garment factory in Naha City in Okinawa prefecture.
From the beginning, we have prided ourselves in making products for the domestic market of Japan. We have always maintained a high standard of quality for our products and a great consideration when it comes to customer service. With the shortage of garment factories that have been occurring lately in Japan, our total production quality has been decreasing year by year. Our company has also been troubled by these unfortunate events, but we are determined to face it with an aggressive attitude by constantly preserving the quality of our products and skills of our workers.
My associates who previously worked at garment factories in Yamagata prefecture will work as employees at our factory in Okinawa. We hope to realize our goal to be able to mass-produce garments both in Okinawa and at our headquarters in Tokyo. It is also our aim to continue meeting the expectations of customers both old and new.
Yours sincerely,
Tadaomi Oonuki
